Hallo Metalheads,
wir entschuldigen uns, dass wir die letzten 2 Tage den Schleier des Schweigens über uns gelegt haben. Das hat seine Gründe, und war und ist letztendlich auch erstmal die richtige Entscheidung gewesen, um das Erlebte mental, emotional und auch physisch in Teilen verarbeiten zu können, und einmal den Notschalter zu betätigen. Zur Aufklärung! Wie einige viele es schon vermutet haben, oder auch mittlerweile in Erfahrung gebracht haben, ist unser Chef Klaus „Cheffe“ am Mittwoch nach einem schweren Kampf gegen, na ihr wisst schon was, erlegen. Jeder in unserem Umfeld weiß, dass Klaus das wichtigste Zahnrad seit 40 Jahren in diesem Getriebe Papidou’x gewesen ist, und er wird auch schwerstens vermisst. So jemanden, der Jahrzehnte lang Blut und Wasser geschwitzt hat, um diesen Laden entgegen aller Krisen, am Laufen zu halten, so Jemanden wird es so nie wieder geben! Ruhe in Frieden Klaus, kümmer dich mit den Anderen um das Papidou’x Heaven and Hell, wir kommen ganz sicher nach.
Nun zum Kernthema! Der Grund der schnellen Schließung ist zum Einen, wir mussten einmal kurz inne halten und runterkommen. Viele haben sich natürlich bei dem etwas kurzgehaltenen Beitrag gewundert und auch verständlicherweise den Panik Knopf gedrückt. Es sieht aber in so einem Fall nun mal so aus, dass man erstmal das Geschäft ruhen lassen muss, um rechtliche Fragen zu klären, ob und wie es weitergeht! Klaus seine Frau Viola hat in den vergangenen 2 Tagen vieles getan, um genau diese Fragen zu stellen und diese in Antworten umzuwandeln, dafür gebührt ihr großer Respekt und auch Danke.
Nun, um es kurz zu machen, wir haben die Erlaubnis ab heute 18 Uhr wieder zu öffnen, und zu feiern und auch zu trauern. In den nächsten Wochen/Monate haben wir erst einmal genug Luft von den Behörden in Düsseldorf bekommen, um den möglichen Übergang des Papidou’x geordnet und rechtlich durchzubringen.
Wir versuchen möglichst transparent in diesem Falle zu sein, möchten aber auch darauf hinweisen, Interna sind Interna und haben in der Öffentlichkeit keinen Platz! Also lasst uns erst einmal gemeinsam weitermachen, die Zeit genießen, wir haben noch viel Trauerzeit vor uns und gemeinsam ist es einfacher!

Wie Klaus am Dienstag in einem Telefonat noch sagte, nein nicht „Das Warsteiner ist am Freitag im Angebot!“, kleiner Running Gag, sondern „Show must go on!“

Now to the core topic! The reason for the quick closure is on the one hand, we had to stop and come down. Of course, many have wondered about the somewhat brief contribution and also understandably pressed the panic button. But in such a case it looks like you have to let the business rest first to clarify legal questions about whether and how it will continue! Klaus his wife Viola has done a lot in the past 2 days to ask exactly these questions and turn them into answers, for which she deserves great respect and also thanks.
Well, to make it short, we have permission to reopen from 6 p.m. today, and to celebrate and also to mourn. In the next few weeks/months we will have enough air from the authorities in Düsseldorf
